Calculation data
Calculation inputs are processed in your browser. The site does not upload your rates, jobs, or customer quote information to a HoopLedger database.
Local settings and saved estimates
The tool stores cost settings and estimates you choose to save in this browser’s local storage. These are not synchronized across devices. People who use the same browser profile can access the saved estimates. Use “Saved estimates” and “Clear all local data” in the tool to remove them.
If browser storage is blocked, calculations continue for the current visit and the tool reports that settings cannot be saved.
Customer quotes
Shop name, contact details, customer name, reference, and quote terms are kept in memory only. They are not included in local saved estimates or pricing links. Printing and saving a PDF use your device’s print system.
Shared links and exports
A pricing link contains the numeric job and cost settings you chose to share. Anyone with that link can read those settings. CSV exports and PDFs are downloaded or created on your own device. Review them before sharing.
Hosting and external websites
The hosting service may process technical connection data such as IP address, requested URL, and request time to deliver the site and operate its infrastructure. The site has no third-party analytics scripts, advertising cookies, embedded fonts, or email collection forms.
External manufacturer references and Payhip checkout links lead to other providers with their own privacy terms. Purchase information is handled by Payhip and its payment providers; the free tools do not collect payment details.
